This session will feature two ESG classroom resources that can help educators attract future students to the accounting profession. The first module provides a simple and engaging way to incorporate sustainability issues into the academic experience, designed to be agnostic to all majors and disciplines. The second resource is a case study that introduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and data analytics using a hypothetical engagement team's assurance procedures.

Learning objective: Upon completion of this learning activity, participants will be able to analyze various pedagogical approaches for integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability issues into accounting curricula, and apply these strategies to develop practical classroom activities.
